EB-1 (Multinational Executives)

This category is an employment-based, first-preference immigrant visa for a multinational executive or manager

 

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

You must have been employed outside the United States in the 3 years preceding the petition for at least 1 year by a firm or corporation and you must be seeking to enter the United States to continue service in that firm or organization. Your employment must have been outside the United States in a managerial or executive capacity and with the same employer, an affiliate, or a subsidiary of the employer.


GENERALLY REQUIRED EVIDENCE

• Evidence showing the relationship between US employer and the employer abroad

• Evidence showing the legitimate entities of the US employer and the employer abroad

• Evidence showing your employment history at the employer abroad

• Evidence of financial documents of the US employer and the employer abroad

• Evidence showing the need of proffered position and your ability qualifying to the proffered position

Stage 3: Fingerprint EAD/AP Issuance
Stage 4: Approval
