Judy Chang Law Firm is a national law firm. We provide consultations regardless of location and offer flexible meeting options, including in-office, phone, and video or audio consultations via platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, KakaoTalk, or conference call.

Due to the high volume of inquiries and our commitment to timely and focused representation, we do not offer free consultations. Thank you for your understanding.

Consultation Fees

• 15-minute general consultation: $100
This consultation is intended for high-level issue identification, general guidance, and discussion of possible next steps only.

• Extended consultations (30 minutes or more): additional fee
Matters that require case strategy development, eligibility analysis, or in-depth planning, as well as review of prior or prepared filings, second opinions on Requests for Evidence (RFEs), Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs), motions, appeals, or issues requiring legal research, require additional time and will incur an additional fee. If needed, you will be given the option to schedule a longer consultation.

To ensure a productive consultation, please be as specific and concise as possible when submitting your inquiry.

Credit Toward Representation

If we are retained to represent you within a reasonable period of time (generally within three to four months following the consultation), the consultation fee may be credited toward the legal fee, at the firm’s discretion.

Important Notice

An initial consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not constitute legal representation unless a separate written engagement agreement is signed by both parties.
